Service Description
You should take the Refresher Course if you have taken a defensive driving course within the past 5 years The Refresher Course will each earn you *3 credit points on your motor vehicle driving record, and a **15% discount on major provisions of your automobile insurance. ***These credits are good for three years after course completion. * 3 credit points guaranteed by law in DE and many other states. Cancellation Policy
General: Once a class session is booked, a slot is reserved for the person (and any other persons) who reserved that particular class slot. If a session date needs to be changed, contact Interstate Training Alliance directly at 302-299-9843; or via email at ita@interstatetrainingalliance.com Missed classes: Paid registrants who miss attending a scheduled session should contact Interstate Training Alliance to reschedule. There is no time limit as to when a session may be rescheduled, but paid registrants who miss a scheduled session are urged to reschedule as soon as is feasible. Refunds: After receiving payment, our policy is to provide the class as scheduled. If a paid registrant cannot attend the scheduled session, we will provide another available session, without additional cost. If the class is cancelled by Interstate Training Alliance, our first step is to provide another available session to the registrant. If all means have been exhausted to accomplish the forenamed, then the paid registrant may request a refund by contacting Interstate Training Alliance at 302-299-9843; or via email at ita@interstatetrainingalliance.com.
